Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 May 2026

These are the terms you agree to when you use Vantage. They sit alongside the order form you sign at the start of your subscription and the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that covers how we handle personal data. The order form takes precedence if they ever conflict.

1. The service

Vantage is a software service operated by Drutek Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We make it available to your branch or organisation under the subscription terms set out in your order form.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account. If you think your account has been compromised, tell us immediately at [email protected] and we'll revoke sessions and help you secure things.

3. Acceptable use

  • Don't use Vantage for anything illegal under UK law.
  • Don't upload personal data that you don't have a lawful basis to process under UK GDPR.
  • Don't use Vantage to send spam, harass voters, or attempt to suppress turnout.
  • Don't try to break into, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the security of the platform.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules. Where there's time, we'll give you 7 days' notice and a chance to fix the issue.

4. Your data

Your data is yours. We process it on your behalf as set out in the DPA. We do not sell it, share it with third parties for marketing, or use it to train machine learning models. The full picture is in our Privacy Policy.

You can export every dataset in Vantage as CSV or JSON at any time. If your subscription ends, we will hand you a complete export and delete your data within 30 days.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but we don't promise 100% uptime — no software service does. We schedule maintenance windows outside UK office hours where we can and announce planned downtime ahead of time. If you need a specific SLA, ask in your demo and we'll talk through what's possible.

6. Pricing and payment

Subscription fees, billing frequency and notice periods are set out in your order form. If we change our published pricing, your renewal price won't change mid-term — we'll tell you at least 30 days before renewal.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We don't refund partial periods unless your order form says otherwise.

8. Liability

Vantage is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited in law — for instance, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Changes

If we materially change these terms we'll email branch administrators and update the "Last updated" date. If you don't agree, you can cancel.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes will be settled in the courts of England and Wales.
